In scripts/audit.py, the runtime reads outsider-supplied free text from JSON payload fields (paper_contract and manuscript_package) by parsing paper_contract directly and then extracting/reading the referenced .tex content from the active workspace, ingesting that TeX text for all regex-based checks.
