Steps

Step 0: Gather Inputs

Ask for any missing context:

• What stage is the company at? ($0-$1M, $1M-$10M, $10M+)
• How many people are on the team today? What roles?
• What is the primary bottleneck: product speed, sales capacity, customer support, operations?
• Is there a current org chart? If yes, what is broken?
• What is the 12-month hiring plan?
