Step 0: Gather Inputs

Ask for or locate any missing context:

• Current ARR and MRR (and growth rate last 3 months)
• Current monthly burn rate (gross and net)
• Current cash balance and expected cash-in dates
• Headcount by department and planned hires
• Key assumptions: monthly growth rate, churn rate, average contract value
