eRank CLI-Anything

Use the local harness at:

harness

Default invocation:

python -m cli_anything.erank --json <command> [args]

The installed console script may also exist at:

cli-anything-erank

Prefer python -m cli_anything.erank because the Scripts directory is not always on PATH.
