Use Chinese for internal output and US English for buyer-facing assets. Follow an explicit mode; otherwise select the smallest stage matching the requested deliverable. Use FULL only for an explicit complete-development request.
Scope and entrypoint
Use one primary entrypoint for the current request, and load only necessary stage modules. Reuse valid upstream facts and completed gates; do not restart analysis because another Skill is loaded. For a single-stage request, use the matching specialist directly: analytical feasibility/process decisions use etsy-tony-full-product-studio; approved-design SKU coding/options use etsy-tony-full-skus; existing-product photography uses the photo entrypoints. The user's explicitly chosen Skill takes precedence over these defaults.
Without an explicit mode, select ANALYZE for opportunity or quick assessment, PROCESS for manufacturing feasibility, DESIGN for design systems, and SKUS for requested SKU development. A vague development request starts with a concise ANALYZE result, not FULL. Ask only when the missing scope decision changes a material result or authorization.
