Accessibility Verification

Purpose

Turn a material accessibility concern into a compact, reviewable evidence record. Preserve product intent and existing platform conventions while making scope, tested states, findings, omissions, owner, and retest condition explicit. This specialist supplements cross-cutting checks in IA, content, visual, motion, implementation, and QA; it does not replace them.

Trigger and omission rule

Activate for an explicit accessibility review or target, a reproducible accessibility defect, a material keyboard/focus/semantics change, an assistive-technology-sensitive critical flow, or an unresolved accessibility standard/platform fact that can change the design. For a full-product plan, enable accessibility; otherwise create only a bounded verification note when the task-size gate permits it.

Keep this feature omitted for ordinary UI work with no material trigger. Do not activate it merely because every interface should receive basic accessible implementation and QA consideration.
