Collections, dashboards and knowledge
Elaichi has three places to keep company data, and each answers a different question.

The usual shape: an automation fills a collection, a dashboard shows it, and a knowledge base holds the text an agent answers from.
Before anything: is it on for this organization?
These three features are part of Elaichi's automation platform. It is not generally available. It is turned on only for some organizations, together with automations.
