• Attempt to modify system services in skill instructions detected (high risk: 0.70). The skill instructs the agent to run deployment commands (via local script/ssh/SSM) that explicitly include sudo systemctl restart and can execute arbitrary shell commands on targets, which can modify system services and thus change the machine's state.
