Cascade: motion for Unity UI Toolkit
Cascade is a runtime motion library for UI Toolkit (VisualElement). Unity 6000.0+, pure C#,
zero dependencies, UI Toolkit only (it does not animate uGUI / RectTransform).
Step 1: find out which tier the project has
Read Packages/manifest.json (and Packages/ for embedded packages):
