One glance at a screenshot is not implementation. The skill is the loop: implement → screenshot → compare against the source → correct → repeat until the difference is explained or gone. Eyeball-once-and-stop is the failure mode.

When NOT to use

• The user wants a better version, not a copy → polish.
• The reference is a hand-drawn napkin sketch → treat as intent, design with polish discipline instead of pixel-matching scribbles.
