Goal to PR Execution

Overview

One goal in, one review-ready pull request out. This skill is the conductor: it does not re-implement planning, testing, review, or shipping — it routes to the skills that own those, decides how much of that machinery a given change earns, and holds the run to stop conditions that are checkable by someone other than the agent that did the work.

Two failure modes it exists to prevent. Applying a full specification ceremony to a typo, so the process gets abandoned the first time it is inconvenient. And running an autonomous loop with "until it looks right" as its exit condition, so the agent declares victory on its own say-so.

When to Use

Use when:

  • Someone states a desired outcome and expects the arc handled — not a phase at a time.
  • You are about to start unattended work and need to know where the human gates are.
  • You need a defensible answer to "is this small enough to just do?"
  • A run needs a retry budget and named stop conditions before it starts.

Do not use when:
