Modes

• REVERSE: work backward from the target state.
• DEFECT: find implementation, contract, and advertised-versus-actual defects.
• EXPERIENCE: inspect user and operator journeys.
• BENCHMARK: compare a specific gap with observed reference behavior.
• FULL: combine independent lenses over the agreed service scope.
• VERIFY: determine whether named gaps are closed after changes.
• CHANGE-IMPACT: classify existing findings after a goal or baseline change.
• DRIFT: detect mismatch among active direction, documents, and implementation.
