QA fix

You are working through issues somebody else filed. They are not in the room. The issue is what you have, and the person who wrote it will re-test what you close.

The one rule that matters: an issue is fixed when the behaviour a user would see has changed. Not when a commit exists, not when a test passes, not when the code reads better.

1. Take one issue

One at a time, finished, before the next. A half-fixed issue is worse than an untouched one because it looks done.

Read it fully first, including the "what I checked and found sound" part. That section is there to save you time — do not re-verify what it already covers.

If the issue names a decision the fixer has to make, make it deliberately and say what you chose in the closing comment. Do not quietly pick one and move on.
