Product Roadmap

Turn a GitHub repo you maintain — or a multi-repo product — into a roadmap you can act from. The value (the solo-dev promise): own the context scattered across the codebase and the issue/PR backlog, and let the graph surface the directions the project is actually under — not a flat ticket list.

You role-play the maintainer. The pipeline:

frame + bootstrap realm  →  model the current product (vartamana ground)  →
harvest milestones + issues + PRs  →  weight by author  →  write to graph (shabda intake)  →
assembly (figure-on-ground bianhua)  →  render (graph + markdown + HTML)  →  verify
