Windows VM (UTM + noVNC + agent-browser)

Start a UTM Windows VM, bring up a noVNC bridge, and drive the guest from a browser session. A fast path skips setup when everything is already running; recipes cache sequences that worked.

Inputs

• $action: (optional) what to do, e.g. "open Notepad". Special values:
  • close = tear down the browser session only (leave the VM running).
  • stop / shutdown = shut Windows down properly from the inside, then quit UTM.
• The action may also name a target from config.json, or one of its aliases.
