• Task reference: GitHub issue/PR URL.
• Code evidence: git diff/patch and changed file list.
• Test evidence: command outputs and report files.
• Collaboration evidence: Slack thread URL(s), GitHub issue/PR/discussion URL(s), and eval report paths.
