Telegram Bot API Client

Two real patterns, pick by complexity. Simple polling/webhook-only bots can use github.com/go-telegram/bot. Once you need MarkdownV2 formatting, Mini App initData validation, or Stars payments, hand-roll a client instead: every call is a POST to https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/<method>. Place the client in your infrastructure layer (e.g., internal/infra/telegram/).
