The runtime workflow executes scripts/lane_snapshot.py which reads free-text from tmux pane output via tmux capture-pane and from user-authored Codex session log JSONL (including event_msg / response_item message text) under ~/.codex/sessions, then passes that text into the agent for classification/summarization.
