• Direct money access detected (high risk: 1.00). The skill exposes partner endpoints to view balances and, critically, to perform atomic balance transfers: POST /api/v1/partner/accounts/{customer_auth_id}/transfer-balance (irreversible, no idempotency). The onboarding recipe also instructs calling this API to "Fund wallet". These are explicit money-moving APIs (debit/credit), so the skill grants direct financial execution capability.
