Browser storage durability contracts

Review one claim: whether browser-local data was successfully committed and whether the product can truthfully recover when that local copy is blocked, aborted, unavailable, or removed. Keep IndexedDB transaction and schema lifecycle evidence connected to origin-level quota and persistence evidence; do not turn this into generic storage-selection advice.
