ui-capture - Visual Capture & Reference

Capture reference screenshots and motion evidence from a live URL. Optionally capture the same states from a local implementation. Use visual-debug to diagnose mismatches and ui-reverse-engineering to build or repair a clone.

Scope and evidence

A ban on consulting the original repository does not ban the public live page's assets, DOM, computed CSS, deployed runtime, or motion measurements. Fresh or unbiased means excluding prohibited prior knowledge, not using screenshots only. Preserve observed public assets and identity unless the user explicitly limits observation methods.

Capture completion is evidence collection, not clone completion. Never call a clone done from capture success, HTTP success, or artifact presence.
