What this skill does

Builds and operates a Claude Code agent team tailored to the current repo. Inspired by Viktor Farcic's dot-agent-deck (a TUI that both displays and defines multi-agent teams across Claude Code and OpenCode); this skill is the native-APIs alternative: it probes the current repo for signals, picks roles from a library, and writes Claude Code native .claude/agents/*.md subagent definitions plus a .claude/agent-team.md workflow doc, so teammates are spawned by name via the Agent tool's subagent_type parameter.

The skill has four modes selected by the first argument:

init	`/agent-team init`, or no args + no `.claude/agents/` present	Probe the repo, pick roles, write `.claude/agents/<role>.md` + `.claude/agent-team.md`
update	`/agent-team update`	Re-probe, diff against existing `.claude/agents/` (roles + `version:` staleness), apply targeted changes
run	`/agent-team <task description>`	Read team manifest, spawn teammates, drive the workflow, STOP at user gates
reflect	`/agent-team reflect`	Spawn a reviewer over this session's agents; propose refactors, new roles, and version bumps
