The skill performs runtime fetches of remote markdown from the WBSO API (e.g., https://portal.wbso.ai/api/v1/compliance/context.md) and then outputs that content verbatim (cat "$tmp"), so external content retrieved at runtime can directly control prompts/instructions provided to the agent.
