Workflow

1. Extract core contribution, evidence, and boundary.
2. Flag overclaims: first, SOTA, solves, proves, universal, human-level, safe/robust, and real-world-ready.
3. Rewrite claims with evidence-proportional verbs.
4. Prepare public-facing summary with limitations.
