Bill Audit

Use this skill to turn messy bills or transaction exports into an action plan.

Workflow

1. Inventory charges by merchant, amount, cadence, category, owner, and value.
2. Detect patterns: annual renewals, trial conversions, duplicate apps, price increases, unused add-ons, bundled services, and fees.
3. Classify each item: keep, downgrade, negotiate, cancel, dispute, investigate.
4. Estimate monthly and annual savings without double-counting.
5. Build an action queue by savings, effort, risk, and deadline.

• bank or card export, app-store subscriptions, phone/internet bill, insurance renewal, SaaS invoices, student plans, family plans, competitor prices
