Rent Increase Review

Use this skill to understand and respond to a rent increase notice.

Workflow

1. Extract current rent, new rent, increase amount, percentage, effective date, lease term, and notice date.
2. Compare with lease renewal language and market data supplied by the user.
3. Prepare questions for landlord/property manager.
4. Draft negotiation message: renewal term, lower increase, repairs, concessions, parking, fees, or move-out flexibility.
