Use this skill to review an architecture diagram, repo, or product plan.

Workflow

1. Identify core user flows, components, data stores, queues, integrations, and external services.
2. Find single points of failure, hidden complexity, weak boundaries, and data consistency risks.
3. Separate must-fix issues from future-scale issues.
4. Recommend the smallest architecture that supports the next milestone.
