Workflow

1. Identify target user, urgent problem, buying trigger, and current workaround.
2. Define the single workflow the MVP must complete.
3. Split features into must-have, demo-only, later, and delete.
4. Write acceptance criteria and launch metrics.
5. Create a two-week or four-week build plan.

Output

Return MVP thesis, Feature cuts, Acceptance criteria, Launch metric, and Build plan.
