The PlantUML template in resources/c4-context-template.puml uses a remote include (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/plantuml-stdlib/C4-PlantUML/master/C4_Context.puml) which would be fetched during PlantUML rendering at runtime and can inject/execute remote PlantUML definitions, making it a runtime external dependency that executes remote code.
