Anchor Sheet (evidence → write hooks) [NO PROSE]

Purpose: make “what to actually say” explicit:

• select quantitative snippets (numbers/percentages)
• select evaluation anchors (benchmarks/datasets/metrics)
• select limitations/failure hooks

This prevents the writer from producing paragraph-shaped but content-poor prose.
