Always read:

• references/overview.md

Use scripts/run.py only for deterministic binding and report materialization:

• read papers/core_set.csv as the authoritative paper pool
• read outline/chapter_skeleton.yml as the chapter contract
• read papers/papers_dedup.jsonl when available for richer metadata
• write auditable binding artifacts without inventing papers
