用 Odyssey（ODC，Ontology-Driven Constraint） 改写现有提示词与指令，兼顾新提示词编写和 DSL 解释。以下声明是本 skill 的工作约定。

先读 语言规范 的「结构、命名与作用域」，再按任务读取相关章节。需要具体写法时，查阅 示例：示例 1–2 为规则片段，3–5 为证据分析、题目与视觉质量，6–7 为 Persona，8–9 为需求与状态迁移，10–13 为工作流。
