Its purpose is coherent with its capabilities, but those capabilities are explicitly offensive and encourage autonomous attack behavior, transitive loading of more attack skills, OOB callback use, and third-party CAPTCHA solving. Not confirmed malware, but it is a high-risk offensive-security skill that should not be granted broad agent permissions casually.
