Guided Flow Review

This skill is manual-only (disable-model-invocation: true): never load or start it on your own initiative, however well a request matches. It runs only when the user invokes it explicitly, as /guided-flow-review or by naming the skill. A guided review takes the user's time step by step, so it should start only when they ask for one.

Walk through a change with the user in the order the software runs, not the order files happen to appear in a diff. For each step, discuss what is good and what could improve, then record the outcome in a review TODO.

The TODO is the deliverable. Once the review closes, the user decides what to do with it: address items one by one, share it with the team, or turn items into tickets. The conversation explains the current step; the TODO makes decisions and progress survive context loss.
