• Third-party content exposure detected (medium risk: 0.30). scripts/github_issue.py and scripts/github_pr.py call the GitHub API to read arbitrary user-controlled issue/PR content (including the free-text fields like issue/PR body) via actions get_issue/get_pr and get_pr that the agent can invoke with user-supplied repo/number inputs.
