XL1 Build Wizard
This skill is the planning front-end to the scaffold. It runs a short, structured conversation with the user to turn an exploratory build request into a refined prompt that xl1-scaffold can act on directly.
Run this skill before the scaffold, not in parallel with it. The deliverable of this skill is a refined prompt, not a scaffolded project.
