Trigger boundary
Use this skill when the task is about:
- creating a new Claude skill from scratch
- substantially redesigning an existing skill
- merging patterns from multiple skills or source corpora
- tightening a skill's triggers, workflow, routing, or guardrails without drifting from repo conventions
Do not use this skill for:
- tiny wording or formatting cleanups where outside evidence would not change the result
- general repo documentation work that is not about a Claude skill
- copying a remote skill into the workspace with minor renaming
