This engine is the parallel-dispatch worked example: the first OMCR engine that fans out across several @literature-curator instances in a single message and then re-collects their work. The other Phase 2 engines (/respond-reviewer, /figure-bake, /outline-expand) all reference this skill's phase 03 for the parallel-dispatch pattern.
