The workflows reference external GitHub Actions that are fetched and executed at runtime (for example aquasecurity/trivy-action@master and snyk/actions/node@master), so these external repos (e.g. https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-action and https://github.com/snyk/actions-node) constitute runtime-executed code dependencies.
