Test-driven workflow

Every behaviour of an Expo app (iOS and Android) is built red-green-refactor: a failing test that quotes the requirement, the least code that turns it green, a refactor, the fast gate, and one commit holding test and code together. When an agent writes most of the code, the reviewer reads the report first, so the tests are both the specification and the evidence; two scripts prove the tree and the git history follow the rules.
