Cursor Delegate

This Skill is an active execution-routing policy for the calling Agent. The user does not need to say “use Cursor”, “use Cursor CLI”, or “delegate”. Load and consider it whenever the current task contains a non-trivial deterministic execution stage. The calling Agent still owns reasoning, requirements, architecture, decisions, authorization, and final acceptance.

Routing policy

The calling Agent handles requirements analysis, architecture, solution selection, new decisions, unresolved complex debugging, final review, final acceptance, and truly trivial work.

When all of the following are true, prefer delegating the execution stage to Cursor rather than completing the whole stage with native Shell, edit, or repository tools:
