- 候选方案太多，不知道选哪个
- 团队对"用户痛点是什么"有分歧
- 高不确定性需求探索（在写 PRD 之前）
- 持续用户研究的产出整理
不适用场景
- 需求已经明确，只需要写 PRD（直接用 prd-writing）
- 单功能小迭代（直接用 user-story）
- 紧急 bug 修复（不需要探索）
