Resume Context

When to use

• Starting or resuming a task that has prior state, rules, or lessons.
• Long / multi-session / multi-stage work where chat context is unreliable.

Procedure

0. Surface the pending queue first — this is the primary notification slot. Run the bundled tool (it lives beside this skill, so it is always present):
