Current public changelog release: 5.6.0 (verified 2026-07-10). New coverage includes Agent UI V3/Prism video updates, authenticated consumer chat history, campaign digital front door, Dynamics CRM full-screen/share/remote control, CTI/PWA Cobrowse, additional locales, and campaign script-load fallback protection. Account feature flags still govern rollout.
