MEDIUM W011: Third-party content exposure detected (indirect prompt injection risk).

• Third-party content exposure detected (high risk: 0.85). scripts/monitor.py 在触发预警时会调用 scripts/analyser.py 的 generate_insight；该函数会在运行时通过 fetch_eastmoney_news / fetch_sina_news 抓取外部新闻标题（公网上的自由文本），并把这些标题拼接进 LLM上下文（insight 报告文本）后返回给代理/通知链路。
