Runtime path: scripts/jql_search.sh POSTs to Jira /rest/api/3/search/jql and then ingests the returned JSON (.issues[...]) into jq and prints it to stdout/stderr; those issue fields/comments are authored by Jira users other than the operating user (outsider content).
