The VHS install path is benign, but the skill's actual footprint is not well aligned with its stated purpose: a terminal-recording helper should not need to read raw Gooseworks credentials or send Bearer-auth requests through a proxy endpoint. This looks more like an internal API-demo skill bundled into a recording guide than a narrowly scoped VHS skill.
