SUSPICIOUS: the skill’s broad flow is coherent with submitting a tool listing, but it depends on an external CLI, forwards authentication to that CLI, permits API endpoint override, processes untrusted website content, and explicitly performs networked submission without step-by-step confirmation. This is not confirmed malware, but it carries meaningful supply-chain and data-flow risk unless the bat-cli publisher and API ownership are independently verified.
