The code appears to be a legitimate FFmpeg wrapper and contains no clear malware indicators. It has meaningful supply-chain and input-handling risks: an unsigned third-party executable is downloaded and executed, HTTPS verification is explicitly disabled in a fallback path, archive member types are not fully validated, and concat manifests are generated without filename escaping. It should not be used in an untrusted-input context without artifact verification, strict archive validation, removal of the TLS-bypass fallback, download limits, and safe concat-file escaping.
