This is a remote resource updater with no direct evidence of malware or code execution in the fragment. It has a significant supply-chain integrity weakness because all update decisions and file contents come from an unauthenticated HTTP endpoint, and downloaded files are not cryptographically verified. A compromised server or network attacker could modify resources, metadata, version data, or deletion behavior. The code should use HTTPS with certificate validation, authenticated or signed metadata, and post-download hash/size verification.
